Manage notifications

Open iOS Settings → Notifications and select your installed app to allow or turn off notifications. Early beta builds may be named TeamEdge. Turning off notifications does not delete your account.

Revoke optional permissions

Use iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone to change CompeteLab’s microphone access. Menu locations may vary by iOS version. You can also review permissions in the app’s iOS Settings entry. Revoking permission prevents future access; it does not delete existing recordings or transcripts.

Request access or correction

Contact us to request access to, a copy of, or correction of personal information associated with your account. Identify the information you want us to review, including any inaccurate AI-derived memory. We may need to verify your identity without requesting your password.

Delete your account or data

You can request deletion of your account or specific information. Read account deletion help for guidance on private reflections, recordings, AI context and shared team data. We will explain any applicable retention requirements.
